How to Download Your Restaurant Sales Record

Your accountant wants the figures, and you want them without adding anything up. Pick a period and download it. Every table order and counter sale is in there, split by how it was paid.

Choosing a period

Today, yesterday, this week or last, this month or last, this financial year or last, the last two years, the last five, or any dates you choose.

What the file contains

• Every sale with its date, time, what was sold and what it came to
• How each was paid, including split payments broken into their parts
• Totals for the period, and totals by cash, UPI and udhaar
• Udhaar recovered during the period
• Expenses recorded in the same period

A note on long periods

Five years of a busy counter is a large file. It downloads fine but takes a moment to open on a modest phone. Two years is the more comfortable default for most requests.

Frequently asked questions

How far back can I download my sales record?

Up to five years, and nothing is cleared away on a timer, so older records remain.

What format is the download?

A spreadsheet you can open in Excel or Google Sheets and send straight to your accountant.

Does it show cash and UPI separately?

Yes, and split payments are broken into their parts, so a bill paid partly in cash and partly by UPI counts correctly in both columns.

Does it include udhaar?

Yes, both udhaar given and udhaar recovered during the period.

Is downloading it free?

Yes. There is no charge for any part of your own records.
