Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LaaoDo platform, available at laaodo.com and laaodo.in. By using LaaoDo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Who we are

LaaoDo is owned and operated by MEDSOF ORBIT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("LaaoDo", "we", "us", or "our").

2. What LaaoDo is, and what it is not

LaaoDo is an aggregator. We connect customers with nearby outlets across many categories, including food, grocery, and various retail and other categories. Customers place orders on the platform, and outlets receive and fulfil them.

The platform also supports wholesale ordering between businesses. A distributor is a type of outlet that operates online only, supplies other outlets rather than the public, and is not shown to customers. A signed-in outlet can browse distributors and place a wholesale order, which the distributor delivers to that outlet. In a wholesale order, the buyer is the outlet and the seller is the distributor.

LaaoDo only provides the technology that links the two sides. We are not a seller, a restaurant, a shop, a delivery service, or a payment service. To be clear, we do not:

• Sell, prepare, pack, or supply any goods or food.
• Collect, hold, route, or process any payment.
• Deliver any order or employ any delivery person.
• Set prices, decide stock, or control quality.

Every order, whether placed by a customer or by an outlet buying wholesale, is a direct dealing between the buyer and the outlet or distributor that fulfils it. We are not a party to that dealing.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LaaoDo. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. How an order works

1. The customer places an order on the platform.
2. The outlet receives the order.
3. The outlet prepares the order.
4. The customer collects the order by dine-in or pickup, or the outlet delivers it.

An outlet can also place a wholesale order with a distributor. The distributor receives the order and delivers it to the ordering outlet. As with any order, LaaoDo's role ends at passing the order from the buyer to the seller. Everything after that is handled directly between them.

5. Payments

LaaoDo never handles money. Payment is made directly by the customer to the outlet, by cash or by UPI. Any UPI link or code shown on the platform sends the payment straight to the outlet's own account. The same applies to a wholesale order, where the outlet pays the distributor directly.

Because we do not touch the payment, we are not responsible for it. Any question about a payment, a refund, an overcharge, or a failed transaction must be settled directly between the buyer and the outlet or distributor. We can record the payment method shown to us, but we cannot confirm, reverse, or guarantee any payment.

6. Delivery, pickup, and dine-in

Delivery, pickup, and dine-in are arranged and carried out by the outlet, or by the distributor in the case of a wholesale order delivered to an outlet. LaaoDo does not deliver orders and does not control delivery time, condition, or cost. Any delivery issue must be raised with the outlet or distributor.

7. How outlets are listed

To customers, outlets are shown ordered by distance from the location of the device you are using, with the nearest first. The distributor directory, which only signed-in outlets can see, is shown as a searchable list rather than by distance. In both cases, we do not accept payment to place a listing higher, and ranking is not sold.

8. Inquiries

If you cannot find what you need, you can post an inquiry describing the product you want. We share that inquiry, including the product you ask for and your mobile number, with matching outlets near you so they can respond. Inquiries are limited in number and reach only nearby outlets in the categories you choose. You can close a live inquiry at any time.

9. Ratings and reviews

Customers can rate and review outlets. Reviews must be honest and based on real experience. You must not post fake, paid, or misleading reviews, and outlets must not create or buy fake reviews or pressure customers for ratings. We may remove reviews that we reasonably believe are fake, abusive, or unlawful, and we may act against accounts that post them.

10. Your responsibilities as a user

• Give correct details when you place an order.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Do not misuse, copy, disrupt, or attempt to breach the platform.
• Deal fairly and lawfully with outlets and distributors.

11. Outlet and distributor responsibilities

Outlets and distributors listed on LaaoDo are independent businesses. Each is responsible for:

• The accuracy of its listing, prices, and stock.
• The quality, safety, and legality of its goods or food.
• Holding all licences its business requires by law, including a valid FSSAI registration or licence for any outlet or distributor dealing in food.
• Fulfilling orders, handling its own payments, and resolving its own customer issues.

A food outlet confirms that it holds a valid FSSAI licence or registration and that it follows the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and its rules. The outlet gives us its FSSAI licence details and agrees that we show them on its public listing for all customers to see. The outlet must keep the licence valid and current. If the licence is not renewed before it expires, the outlet is put on hold and stops appearing to customers until it provides a valid licence again. Responsibility and liability for food safety rest with the outlet.

12. Our role and limits of our liability

LaaoDo acts as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 framework and as a marketplace e-commerce entity. We host listings provided by outlets and distributors and we do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any outlet, distributor, product, or food item.

For its e-commerce food activity, LaaoDo is a Food Business Operator under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. We require every listed food outlet to hold a valid FSSAI licence or registration and to display its FSSAI number, which we show on its listing. We may remove a food outlet that cannot show a valid FSSAI licence or registration.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss, harm, or dispute arising from an outlet's or distributor's goods, food, service, delivery, pricing, or conduct, or from any payment made directly to an outlet or distributor. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

13. Intellectual property

The LaaoDo platform, its name, design, and content, other than outlet-supplied listings, belong to MEDSOF ORBIT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

14. Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove any account or listing that breaks these Terms, posts unlawful content, or harms other users or the platform.

15. Grievance Officer

For complaints about content, conduct, or your use of the platform, you can contact our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms.

1. हम कौन हैं

LaaoDo का स्वामित्व और संचालन MEDSOF ORBIT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("LaaoDo", "हम", "हमें" या "हमारा") द्वारा किया जाता है।

2. LaaoDo क्या है, और क्या नहीं है

LaaoDo एक एग्रीगेटर (Aggregator) प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है। हम ग्राहकों को उनके आसपास स्थित विभिन्न श्रेणियों के आउटलेट्स, जैसे भोजन, किराना, रिटेल तथा अन्य व्यवसायों से जोड़ते हैं। ग्राहक प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर ऑर्डर देते हैं और संबंधित आउटलेट उन ऑर्डरों को स्वीकार कर पूरा करते हैं।

यह प्लेटफ़ॉर्म व्यवसायों के बीच थोक (Wholesale) ऑर्डर की सुविधा भी प्रदान करता है। डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर (Distributor) भी एक प्रकार का आउटलेट होता है, जो केवल ऑनलाइन कार्य करता है, आम ग्राहकों के बजाय अन्य आउटलेट्स को सामान उपलब्ध कराता है और ग्राहकों को दिखाई नहीं देता। लॉग-इन किया हुआ कोई भी आउटलेट डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर्स की सूची देख सकता है तथा उनसे थोक ऑर्डर कर सकता है, जिसे संबंधित डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर उसी आउटलेट तक पहुँचाता है। थोक ऑर्डर में खरीदार आउटलेट होता है और विक्रेता डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर।

LaaoDo केवल वह तकनीकी मंच उपलब्ध कराता है जो दोनों पक्षों को जोड़ता है। हम न तो विक्रेता हैं, न रेस्टोरेंट, न दुकान, न डिलीवरी सेवा और न ही भुगतान सेवा। स्पष्ट रूप से, हम:

• किसी भी वस्तु या भोजन की बिक्री, तैयारी, पैकिंग या आपूर्ति नहीं करते।
• किसी भी भुगतान को एकत्रित, अपने पास सुरक्षित, स्थानांतरित या प्रोसेस नहीं करते।
• किसी भी ऑर्डर की डिलीवरी नहीं करते और न ही किसी डिलीवरी कर्मी को नियुक्त करते हैं।
• कीमतें निर्धारित नहीं करते, स्टॉक का निर्णय नहीं लेते और न ही गुणवत्ता नियंत्रित करते हैं।

हर ऑर्डर, चाहे वह ग्राहक द्वारा दिया गया हो या किसी आउटलेट द्वारा थोक खरीद के लिए, खरीदार और उसे पूरा करने वाले आउटलेट या डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर के बीच सीधा लेन-देन होता है। LaaoDo उस लेन-देन का पक्षकार नहीं है।

3. पात्रता

LaaoDo का उपयोग करने के लिए आपकी आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग करके आप पुष्टि करते हैं कि आप इस पात्रता को पूरा करते हैं।

4. ऑर्डर कैसे कार्य करता है

1. ग्राहक प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर ऑर्डर देता है।
2. आउटलेट ऑर्डर प्राप्त करता है।
3. आउटलेट ऑर्डर तैयार करता है।
4. ग्राहक डाइन-इन या पिकअप के माध्यम से ऑर्डर प्राप्त करता है, या आउटलेट उसे डिलीवर करता है।

कोई आउटलेट किसी डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर से थोक ऑर्डर भी कर सकता है। डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर ऑर्डर प्राप्त करता है और उसे ऑर्डर करने वाले आउटलेट तक पहुँचाता है। अन्य सभी ऑर्डरों की तरह, LaaoDo की भूमिका केवल खरीदार से विक्रेता तक ऑर्डर पहुँचाने तक सीमित रहती है। इसके बाद की पूरी प्रक्रिया दोनों पक्षों के बीच सीधे होती है।

5. भुगतान

LaaoDo कभी भी धन का लेन-देन नहीं करता। भुगतान ग्राहक द्वारा सीधे संबंधित आउटलेट को नकद या UPI के माध्यम से किया जाता है। प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर प्रदर्शित कोई भी UPI लिंक या QR कोड भुगतान को सीधे आउटलेट के अपने खाते में भेजता है। यही व्यवस्था थोक ऑर्डरों पर भी लागू होती है, जहाँ आउटलेट सीधे डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर को भुगतान करता है।

चूँकि भुगतान प्रक्रिया में हमारा कोई हस्तक्षेप नहीं होता, इसलिए उसकी जिम्मेदारी भी हमारी नहीं है। भुगतान, रिफंड, अतिरिक्त शुल्क या असफल लेन-देन से संबंधित किसी भी विवाद का समाधान खरीदार और संबंधित आउटलेट या डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर के बीच सीधे किया जाएगा। हम केवल हमारे साथ साझा की गई भुगतान विधि का रिकॉर्ड रख सकते हैं, लेकिन किसी भुगतान की पुष्टि, उसे वापस करना या उसकी गारंटी देना हमारे अधिकार क्षेत्र में नहीं है।

6. डिलीवरी, पिकअप और डाइन-इन

डिलीवरी, पिकअप और डाइन-इन की व्यवस्था तथा उनका संचालन संबंधित आउटलेट द्वारा किया जाता है, अथवा यदि थोक ऑर्डर हो तो डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर द्वारा। LaaoDo किसी भी ऑर्डर की डिलीवरी नहीं करता और न ही डिलीवरी के समय, स्थिति या लागत को नियंत्रित करता है। डिलीवरी से संबंधित किसी भी समस्या के लिए संबंधित आउटलेट या डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर से संपर्क किया जाना चाहिए।

7. आउटलेट्स कैसे प्रदर्शित किए जाते हैं

ग्राहकों को आउटलेट्स उनके वर्तमान डिवाइस की लोकेशन से दूरी के आधार पर दिखाए जाते हैं, जहाँ सबसे निकट वाला आउटलेट सबसे पहले दिखाई देता है। डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर डायरेक्टरी, जिसे केवल लॉग-इन किए हुए आउटलेट्स देख सकते हैं, दूरी के बजाय खोज योग्य सूची (Searchable List) के रूप में प्रदर्शित की जाती है। दोनों ही मामलों में किसी भी सूची को ऊपर दिखाने के लिए कोई भुगतान स्वीकार नहीं किया जाता और न ही रैंकिंग बेची जाती है।

8. पूछताछ (Inquiries)

यदि आपको अपनी आवश्यकता का उत्पाद नहीं मिलता है, तो आप उस उत्पाद का विवरण देकर एक पूछताछ (Inquiry) पोस्ट कर सकते हैं। हम आपकी पूछताछ, जिसमें आपके द्वारा माँगा गया उत्पाद और आपका मोबाइल नंबर शामिल होता है, आपके आसपास के उपयुक्त आउटलेट्स के साथ साझा करते हैं ताकि वे आपसे संपर्क कर सकें। पूछताछ की संख्या सीमित होती है और वह केवल आपके द्वारा चुनी गई श्रेणियों के निकटवर्ती आउटलेट्स तक ही पहुँचती है। आप किसी भी समय अपनी सक्रिय पूछताछ बंद कर सकते हैं।

9. रेटिंग और समीक्षा

ग्राहक आउटलेट्स को रेटिंग और समीक्षा दे सकते हैं। सभी समीक्षाएँ ईमानदार और वास्तविक अनुभव पर आधारित होनी चाहिए। आप नकली, भुगतान लेकर लिखी गई या भ्रामक समीक्षा पोस्ट नहीं कर सकते। इसी प्रकार, कोई आउटलेट नकली समीक्षाएँ बना या खरीद नहीं सकता और न ही ग्राहकों पर रेटिंग देने का दबाव डाल सकता है। यदि हमें उचित रूप से लगे कि कोई समीक्षा नकली, अपमानजनक या गैरकानूनी है, तो हम उसे हटा सकते हैं तथा ऐसे खाते के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई कर सकते हैं।

10. उपयोगकर्ता के रूप में आपकी जिम्मेदारियाँ

• ऑर्डर देते समय सही जानकारी प्रदान करें।
• प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग केवल वैध उद्देश्यों के लिए करें।
• प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का दुरुपयोग, उसकी नकल, उसमें बाधा उत्पन्न करने या उसकी सुरक्षा भंग करने का प्रयास न करें।
• आउटलेट्स और डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर्स के साथ निष्पक्ष और कानूनसम्मत व्यवहार करें।

11. आउटलेट और डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर की जिम्मेदारियाँ

LaaoDo पर सूचीबद्ध सभी आउटलेट्स और डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर्स स्वतंत्र व्यवसाय हैं। प्रत्येक स्वयं निम्नलिखित के लिए जिम्मेदार है:

• अपनी सूची, कीमतों और स्टॉक की शुद्धता।
• अपने सामान या भोजन की गुणवत्ता, सुरक्षा और वैधता।
• अपने व्यवसाय के लिए कानून द्वारा आवश्यक सभी लाइसेंस रखना, जिनमें भोजन से संबंधित प्रत्येक आउटलेट या डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर के लिए वैध FSSAI पंजीकरण या लाइसेंस शामिल है।
• ऑर्डर पूरा करना, स्वयं भुगतान संभालना तथा ग्राहकों की समस्याओं का समाधान करना।

कोई भी खाद्य आउटलेट यह पुष्टि करता है कि उसके पास वैध FSSAI लाइसेंस या पंजीकरण है तथा वह खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अधिनियम, 2006 और उसके नियमों का पालन करता है। आउटलेट हमें अपने FSSAI लाइसेंस का विवरण उपलब्ध कराता है और सहमति देता है कि हम उसे उसकी सार्वजनिक सूची में सभी ग्राहकों को दिखाने के लिए प्रदर्शित करें। आउटलेट इस लाइसेंस को हमेशा वैध और अद्यतन बनाए रखने के लिए जिम्मेदार है। यदि लाइसेंस उसकी समाप्ति (एक्सपायरी) से पहले नवीनीकृत नहीं किया जाता, तो आउटलेट को होल्ड पर रखा जाता है और वह ग्राहकों को तब तक दिखाई नहीं देता जब तक वह दोबारा वैध लाइसेंस उपलब्ध नहीं करा देता। खाद्य सुरक्षा से संबंधित संपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी और कानूनी दायित्व संबंधित आउटलेट का होगा।

12. हमारी भूमिका और हमारी जिम्मेदारी की सीमाएँ

LaaoDo, Information Technology Act, 2000 के अंतर्गत एक मध्यस्थ (Intermediary) तथा एक मार्केटप्लेस ई-कॉमर्स इकाई (Marketplace E-commerce Entity) के रूप में कार्य करता है। हम आउटलेट्स और डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर्स द्वारा प्रदान की गई सूचियों को होस्ट करते हैं और किसी भी आउटलेट, डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर, उत्पाद या खाद्य सामग्री का सत्यापन, समर्थन या गारंटी नहीं देते।

भोजन संबंधी ई-कॉमर्स गतिविधियों के लिए LaaoDo, खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अधिनियम, 2006 के अंतर्गत एक Food Business Operator है। हम प्रत्येक सूचीबद्ध खाद्य आउटलेट के लिए वैध FSSAI लाइसेंस या पंजीकरण तथा उसका FSSAI नंबर प्रदर्शित करना अनिवार्य करते हैं। यदि कोई खाद्य आउटलेट वैध FSSAI लाइसेंस या पंजीकरण प्रस्तुत नहीं कर पाता, तो हम उसकी सूची हटाने का अधिकार रखते हैं।

कानून द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक, किसी भी आउटलेट या डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर के सामान, भोजन, सेवा, डिलीवरी, मूल्य निर्धारण, आचरण या उन्हें सीधे किए गए भुगतान से उत्पन्न किसी भी नुकसान, हानि या विवाद के लिए LaaoDo जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। इन शर्तों में ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं है जो लागू उपभोक्ता संरक्षण कानूनों के अंतर्गत आपके अधिकारों को सीमित करे।

13. बौद्धिक संपदा

LaaoDo प्लेटफ़ॉर्म, उसका नाम, डिज़ाइन और सामग्री (आउटलेट्स द्वारा प्रदान की गई सूचियों को छोड़कर) MEDSOF ORBIT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED की संपत्ति है। हमारी लिखित अनुमति के बिना आप इन्हें कॉपी या पुनः उपयोग नहीं कर सकते।

14. निलंबन और हटाना

यदि कोई खाता या सूची इन शर्तों का उल्लंघन करती है, गैरकानूनी सामग्री प्रकाशित करती है या अन्य उपयोगकर्ताओं अथवा प्लेटफ़ॉर्म को नुकसान पहुँचाती है, तो हम उसे निलंबित या हटाने का अधिकार रखते हैं।

15. शिकायत निवारण अधिकारी

यदि आपको प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की सामग्री, किसी के आचरण या अपने उपयोग से संबंधित कोई शिकायत है, तो आप हमारे शिकायत निवारण अधिकारी से संपर्क कर सकते हैं:

हम प्रत्येक शिकायत की प्राप्ति की पुष्टि 48 घंटे के भीतर करते हैं और उसे एक महीने के भीतर समाधान करने का प्रयास करते हैं।

16. इन शर्तों में परिवर्तन

हम समय-समय पर इन शर्तों को अद्यतन कर सकते हैं। संशोधित संस्करण नई प्रभावी तिथि के साथ प्रकाशित किया जाएगा। परिवर्तन के बाद भी प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग जारी रखने का अर्थ होगा कि आपने संशोधित शर्तों को स्वीकार कर लिया है।

17. लागू कानून और अधिकार क्षेत्र

ये शर्तें भारत के कानूनों द्वारा नियंत्रित होंगी। लागू उपभोक्ता संरक्षण कानूनों के अधीन, इन शर्तों से संबंधित किसी भी विवाद पर केवल जयपुर, राजस्थान की न्यायालयों का अधिकार क्षेत्र होगा।
