How to Add Staff to Your Outlet Dashboard

Staff should not share your sign-in. Each person gets their own, sees only what their job needs, and every action on an order carries the name of whoever did it.

Adding someone

Open Team and add the person by mobile number. They sign in with that number on their own phone.

Choosing what they see

Give each person only the parts they need. Somebody running the counter needs tables and billing. Somebody doing the books needs the sales record.

Why it is worth doing

• Every action on an order is recorded against a name
• Somebody leaving does not mean changing one shared password
• Staff cannot see what they have no reason to see

Removing someone

Take their access away from the same screen. It stops immediately, on whatever device they were using.
