How to Check Your Order Status on LaaoDo

Once you have ordered, the same page tells you where it is. You do not have to ask anybody or refresh anything.

What the statuses mean

• Waiting: the outlet has your order and has not accepted it yet
• Accepted: the outlet is making it
• Served: it has reached your table
• Completed: the bill is settled and the order is closed

Finding it again

Open My Orders and every order you have placed is there, newest first. Open one to see its dishes, what it comes to and where it has got to.

If it is taking a while

An outlet accepts orders by hand, so a busy kitchen takes a moment. If something is wrong, the outlet can turn the order down with a reason and you are told.

If your table could not be confirmed

Your order still goes through. Somebody from the outlet may come over and check your table before starting it. Turning on precise location clears that straight away.
