How to Create Offers and Discounts for Your Guests
An offer is yours: you decide what it is, who sees it and how long it runs. LaaoDo does not take a cut of it and does not decide it for you.
Making an offer
Open Offers, write what the offer is in plain words, and set when it starts and ends. It shows on your outlet page to guests looking at your menu.
What makes an offer work
- Say the thing plainly: guests skip anything they have to decode
- Give it an end date, so it is worth acting on
- Run it when you are quiet rather than when you are already full
Turning one off
An offer can be switched off without deleting it, so the same one can come back next month with one tap.
Discounts at the till
A discount on one bill is separate from an offer. Apply it when billing the table, as an amount or a percentage, and the sales record keeps what was given away.
