How to Manage Incoming Orders at Your Outlet

An order arrives, your phone sounds, and it appears on the dashboard waiting to be accepted. Nothing reaches the kitchen until you say so, which is the whole point of the step.

When an order arrives

You get an alert and the order appears in the tray above your tables. It shows the table, what was ordered and what it comes to.

Accepting

Press Accept. The table turns active on the board, the kitchen can see the dishes and the guest is told their order is in hand.

Dishes a guest adds later to a table already open arrive the same way, and are accepted from the same place.

If you cannot take it

Reject it with a reason: shop closed, item not available, too busy, or not genuine. The guest is told, and nothing is cooked.

Serving and completing

Tick each dish as it reaches the table so the board shows what is still to come. When the guests are done, choose how payment was received and mark the order completed.

Orders you could not confirm

If a guest's phone could not prove they are at your outlet, the order still arrives, marked. Look at the table and accept it if somebody is there.
